Our practice always welcomes new patients. We welcome referrals from our existing patients as well as those that have found our practice through other source.
Your first appointment will consist of a personal consultation to address your dental concerns. An oral examination, including necessary radiographs, will be completed. The oral exam will evaluate your current oral health, and diagnose concerns with your teeth and gums, if present. Our appointment will continue with a discussion about treatment options to accomplish your goals.
Your first appointment may include a proper cleaning as well. Upon leaving you will be able to schedule your next visit – either for your regular cleaning or any treatmetnt that you have discussed with Dr. Pantzis.

At Avenue Dental we make every effort to provide you with the finest care and the most convenient financial options. Financial Policy
We accept Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express
Costs for non-covered services, deductibles, and co-payments are due at the time of treatment. Since insurance policies vary greatly, we can only estimate your coverage and can’t guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts. Your estimated portion should be paid at the time of service.
